Steve responded very fast to my request and provide me with detail information regarding the selections available for the replacement of my garage door. The original aluminum capping of my garage door frame was not done properly and was also needed to be replaced. The garage door flame re-capping and the new garage door installation was done very well. I would recommend Maple Leaf to anyone who requires rework or replacement of their garage door.

Our stop valve and the hose bib were defective and required to be replaced. After seeing the defective stop valve, Will explained to me what the best replacement valve type was and its function. The stop valve was located at a corner and could only be reached through a small opening. Will removed the old valve and orientated the new valve into the best position for operation then soldered the new valve to the pipe with great care within the limited space. He also gave suggestions on how to best handle the new stop valve. The new hose bib was installed with added new cover plate to look more presentable. During the process, I could see that work was carried out in a very careful and well thought out manner. I would highly recommend Award Plus Plumbing to anyone.

Our old air conditioner was found defective and needed to be replaced. Home Air Systems Inc. provided us with a detail quote for installing a new system with explanation of all the work items that are required. Information of earliest possible installation date and time was also provided. Mike and Al arrived punctually on the scheduled date and time to do the installation. The installation of the condenser unit and the duct work were done very professionally. The work areas were thoroughly cleaned up after the job finished. I would highly recommend Home Air Systems Inc. to anyone.
