Ryan Salbas and his team were very professional, punctual and efficient. We had the hardwood selection done, scheduled and installed within 2 days. Their quote was very competitive and Ryan was very helpful to explain everything. Ryan and his team came early in the morning as promised and finished the work before evening, they were very professional and very helpful in moving the furniture and appliances around. They were great in explaining everything, fixing moving sub floors and making sure nothing creaks before they install the hardwood floors. It was a no rush job but still done within the time frame. We would definitely recommend peak constructions to our friends and family.

We had our roof replaced by Ace Roofing in in July 2022 and could not have been more pleased with the result. From the start, you can tell Mr. Gurpreet Singh, the owner is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to roofing. He was incredibly thorough in his communication and answered all my questions. As an IT person, who loves sitting in front of computer and googling/reading review about different shingles for hours, gave me enough knowledge to understand and verify everything that Mr. Singh was saying. I was impressed with how efficient his Team was and went to the next level of cleaning those areas of my property, which were never touched. Team made sure the gutter and eavetroughs are clean and without blockage. His team was efficient, polite, and professional & left the place spotless. Unlike other companies, which sends a small team or a third party contractor, Mr. Singh was there; working on the roof and making sure things were done properly. The team worked quickly and safely and within the day, the job was completed. I even went up the roof and checked each new vent and new Chimney flashing and the silicon sealing around it. It was a job very well done. I highly recommend this company. Mr. Gurpreet is really great at what he does. He has thoroughly earned the 100% satisfaction rating. We will most definitely recommend Ace Roofers to anyone looking for this service. Thank you!

AllMax (or Alan) is a perfect example of how Companies or people , when start getting (or got) good reviews become arrogant and rude and do not have decency to speak softly to a customer. I got inspection done from Alan and although his inspection skills are good , his soft skills and dealing with people is horrible. Anybody can be good at home inspection but not everybody has decency to speak softly to customer , who is already under pressure when buying a home. Any question I asked him , he snapped and even belittled me for asking that question. I don't want anybody to feel like what I felt. You are paying this guy for peace of mind and this guy is making fun of you asking question. I would say , yeah sure go for him but if you want somebody not to belittle you and answer your questions when you are under pressure , then stay away !!!
