Working with Ryan was great. I had a tight deadline to replace flooring that was done poorly by another contractor and he was up for to the task. He took the time to review the layout of the space and provided me with options that would work best. He was informative and efficient, his pricing was reasonable and overall the job was hassle free on my end and the floors looked great. Overall very happy with his work and would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to get some work done.

Ryan did an exceptional stair work into our basement. He is very skilled and dedicated to his job. From timing perspective he's working fast and clean since we had limited time for leaving out of the city for a family trip but he worked and delivered everything in a timely manner. We got a few quotes to replace the carpet on our basement stairs. Ryan was the only one to come to our home, bring samples and give us a quote in person. It was a nice touch. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job and we are now moving forward with having him replace our wood stairs.

We had no railing from the builder on our basement staircase. It was unsafe and looked uncomplete. Ryan explained us in detail different railing options that fits our expectations. We are very happy with the result, we will be in touch for main staircase soon!

He is very accurate in all senses, always on time, on schedule, on budget, doing a very good quality work, giving good professional advices when needed. Rifat's quote was very detailed and fair, and he patiently answered questions and made suggestions, as I was acting as my own general contractor with no experience. All his work was done very professionally, on time, within budget. He is solution oriented, to accommodate issues that came up installing new sub-floors and floors in a older home, trying to minimize costs associated with baseboards, closet doors, etc. He made several visits to check, suggest, reassure that things would work, and indeed everything did work out excellently. I am very pleased with all his work, and would highly recommend him.

We had Rifat come to our home to demo and replace our dated railings and stair caps. Not only did he reply promptly to our inquiry and give us a free quote- but he was able to come within the week to work on the project which was awesome.

He worked on the project (solo) and we had no idea how much work was involved but he was such a hard worker! He also was very meticulous and took the time to prefect everything- we had various gaps in the floor and holes from the previous railings that other contractors probably would have left for us to figure out but he cut multiple tiny peices+wood fill/caulking to make it seamless.

We are so happy with the completed railings and stairs. We will definetly refer him to our family/friends with similar projects.
