On the day of delivery, the installers whom I hired direct from Sears, was very professional, and friendly. The installation was quick and I did not have any concerns thereafter.

They were prompt, precise, and offered a variety of different alarm solution that met my diverse needs. I am please with the speediness of the alarm installation, and overall customer service.

This builder has Great quality and accurate delivery time. I was impressed with the overall workmanship. Good service after delivery. I would recommend prospective purchasers to starlane! The home was purchased in Aurora, Ontario.

2 storey, 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths built by Aspen Ridget Homes. Good workmanship and quality. However, upgrades paid for were not all acceptables. For instance, I paid for smooth ceiling and they claim that it is done right. In the evening, I see spots and lines across my ceiling. They said they cannot see it under normal lighting conditions. So now they are not fixing it.

Good job and punctual with replacing my front doors iron wrought irons. the only thing is he never provided me with an offical receipt and asked to pay cash. I was concerned with the waranttee but he never ever delivered the receipt to me afterall.

Unprofessional uninstallation of my original laminate countertops, damaged faucet during uninstallation. the new granite was finally installed, but left dents on my drywall. Undermount Sink hole is irregularly sized so I could not install the drain hole properly.
