Aspen Ridge built my dream home

I never expected such beautiful home. Was like winning the lottery. Great job Aspen Ridge team for the value I received. I am a custom home developer myself therefore I have high technical knowledge in home building, this is exactly why I appreciate the home Aspen Ridge built for me as I know what it takes to build a new home.

Cleave View Estate, Brampton,ON

I have purchased a house with this builder in 2019 with the closing date of March 2021. It is taking longer than I thought and I am unable to get my closing date estimation after even asking many time to builder.

Message to Aspen Ridge Homes worker Specially the customer services, sales manager in site and the color choice appointment rep ... if you dont like the job !!!! QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE CUSTOMER.. we have our expectation.. if you feel that too much for you... go found other job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont F around with your CUSTOMER.. if you want your JOB.. PLEASE PROVIDE BETTER SERVICES.. FOR YOU CUSTOMER.. WE NOT BIY A HOUSE FOR $60 ... WE BUY A HOUSE FOR $600000........ THAT ALL OUR SAVING

When you sign the deal.. everything ok ~ no problems. when its come to problems.. we not able to do it, we will do the best........... , after I see the issues. I contact them, they send me a lawyer latter .. well.. lucky I working law office with 38 Lawyers and 100+ prelegal everyday. you want legal way? Great.. I am the one not scare you at all because I can send you a lawyer letter everyday for free!!!!!!!!

at color choice. I specify request the shower install at 7 inch from celling and the control are 32 inch from shower finish state. now they told me we can do for you but only from the inside hub center to the shower head so now its shorter like 6 inch . hey.. if i am professional construction worker I go build myself why i buy form you .... now they said they not able to change it will leave it as is.. it mean i already buy the addon from both bathroom cost $1200 are garbage now

I for sure will flight with you to make you install with the measurement I requested at all cost pay by your company at the end of the checkup. if not see you in court Bixth!

15 min work for now predrywall. after cost me 2000 to open wall to fix it. What kind of customer services is that. what kind of company is that???

heater.. boilder... i was sending email to asking install location. they reply i not able to give you.. we will install in reasonable location WTF.... now they install the end, close to the windows. hey.. reasonable?? yes.. reasonable because that less work for those installer.. but you totally blocked my only windows in basement.. oh.. 1 more.. the ductwork.. OMG... they make a U go under the I beam... the height now its less then 6' I bet. i am 5'11 ii think after i rape up with box and drywall... It will lower then i can stand there.. the worst is ... its in the middle of the room no where to go... !

My friend who by a town just 6 unit beside me( i invite them to buy, and here sister buy 2 single just behind us 2 months after they buy), they buy 3 months later then me and move in 6 months before me. when they in color choice. they want to upgrade the shower with tiles. Nadia ( color choice appointment rep told them your shower had already install the plastic pan, if you want to remove it. you need to pay to remove it $6XX.00..
why you install that before we have a chance to make the selection? you even want me to pay for it to remove it? its nee days to multiple call to resolve this common sense mistake create by your company

Poor Design. Poor arrangement, Poor Supervising, poor customer services.....

sales Manger at Site Queenville such a Bixch... not even professional cut you off said we are only sales contact customer care (i want to told you that Iam a technical IT team lead and i was working in bank who deal with 80000 Employee I know what is customer services meaning to me even ) . .. said to me i am closed please leave or i call security kick you out... FXXXX You Bixth.. I sign the deal at the day i stay in your office until 7:30PM! not seen you kick me out at that date?

I know.. in= you mind just a job 11-6.. but for us.. its all our saving and dream

Avoid at all Cost

Terrible after sale Customer service, we called about issues but they blocked our number or remembered it and never picked up. My fiancee used another phone to call, they picked up right away. Poor Worksmanship, used Tarion for for 30day warranty repair appointment booked 3 days with our vacation time. Third day no one showed up which suppose to be electrician, glass, window people and whoever else that's suppose to come fix their DIY job, not professional work at all. Poor work ethics from their contractors. We pointed things out in comparison to our neighbors, they brush us off as "Thats normal". Heck if its normal why doesn't my neighbor look like mine? I'd take their normal anyday. We got plumber that came and didn't want want to fix stuff they messed up such humidifier was never hooked up. Lived their for 2 months under 20% humidity causing dry rash spots all over my body and itches like crazy but that doesn't call for emergency repair according to Aspen Ridge. Hot water to "First" floor washroom takes 2 minutes to become warm. It starts off real cold where no one can wash their hands in that temperature. My Kitchen takes 5 seconds to get "Hot". Second floor takes 3 minutes. This is not normal at all.

New Home

Poor workmanship, bad customer service, saleperson is not professional (Doesn't have a clue about quality) and service guys don't have experience. I would not recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone. I would rate them 2 out of 10.

WORST HOME BUILDER EVER!!!!!

Long story short - bought a home over $1M from AR with a $50 upgrade on moving the existing breakfast area light fixture. Not only did AR NOT DO the work (with all paper, drawing, etc. completed) - THEIR EXCUSE was the location was "approximate" when it is 2 feet off!!!! On top of that, we decided to let that go and just close off the light fixture and seal the ceiling as if there was never a light fixture - THEY SAID THEY'VE ALREADY FULFILLED THEIR WARRANTY AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST EVER (EVEN THEIR SITE MANAGER - AWFUL TO WORK WITH!!!!!!!) WILL NEVER EVER BUY A HOUSE FROM THEM AND DEFINITELY NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Aspen ridge homes

My condo townhouse is only 6 years old and has a host of problems that started two years ago. There is a leak on the side of the house that has damaged the floor on my main and first floors. I contacted the builder via Tarion and they dismissed the issues because The warranty period does not cover this issue. Poor workmanship and poor quality.

Condo

The quality of built and attention to detail is poor. Our new condo of 1 year has many problems with basic needs like having hot water, close oven proximity to smoke alarm causing alarm to go off when ovens are opened, loud popping sounds from windows etc.

I would not buy from this builder again.

2 Year old home with issues

Not Happy with my 2 year old home at all. My house is just 2 years old and I've had so many issue's with quality.

1. Leaking shut off valve under kitchen sink
2. HRV not hooked up correctly
3. Shingles coming off the roof (*** This did not even happen to my previuos 15 year old home that was at the end of a wind tunnel of houses. I question really how long this builder roof will last. ***)
4. Cracked window due to stress

The first 3 items were taken care of out of courtesy, but the last one they left for me to deal with on my own.

A new home should not have this many issues. I really used to look up to the brand, but after this experience, I will need to think twice about what sort of quality they use to put into their homes.

Chelsea site - will closing actually happen?

I'm a single mom and I recently purchased at Chelsea. I've heard that new constructions can be a nightmare but never experienced it until now. I can appreciate that delays happen - permit, weather, trades. But when does it become morally aceptable that builders can just string purchases along to meet their business needs. Ive recently learned that the delays at Chelsea are actually intentional and about profit. With the increase in the market aspen ridge is counting on purchasers to grow tired of the wait and break their contracts - all intentional so that aspen can flip those homes and sell them at today's price. Does that seem wrong to anyone or am I just the only one struggling with this?
