We've discovered a leak in the basement during the winter. Our neighbors gave us MMT's contact because they were happy with waterproofing job that was done for them. Mario responded and arrived quickly, he identified the crack and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. We had to wait for the wormer times so guys can dig around the house. On the discussed date Mario and guys arrived on time, the job was done very professionally and was completed on the same day. Our backyard was left very clean and we hardly can tell that any excavation was performed.

Eldar built a new deck in place of our aging patio. Eldar's team started work earlier than we've expected and finished work in 3 days. We are very happy with our new deck, how well it is built, and how fast it was put together. Also, Eldar had to take some deck boards back to Home Depot due to the very bad quality of the wood that was delivered by Home Depot.

We've replaced all the windows on the first and second floors of our house. Also we've replaced 2 doors and a sliding door. Originally we've replaced 10 windows and a sliding door. We've so liked the results and a quality that we've decided to replace the rest of the windows and doors. We had two minor issues the hinges on the one of the doors were of the wrong color and key in the front door was hard to turn. Both issues were resolved very fast. So far we are very satisfied with quality of the materials, work and service. No complaints at all. Thank you Dimitri and Alex for a great work and service.
