Let me start by saying Elie and his team are fantastic. It was sunday after a heavy rain and I went downstairs to get something and I had about an inch of water on one side of my basement. I called Elie and within an hour he was at my house and diagnosed the issue quick. My Pump had failed. Elie installed a new pump and offered a suggestion that I have a back up and battery in case of failure in the future or a power outage. Which living in Orangeville is good advice. I decided it was the best decision to protect the biggest investment and go ahead with the back up pump and battery. The following Monday Bandon came with two guys and he did the remainder of the work while walking the other two step by step what he was doing and why. Elie has been my go to guy since I moved into my home last year and will always be my go to guy moving forward. Thank you my friend.

Rafael and his team from start to finish were nothing but professional, honest and caring. Upon meeting with Rafael I walked him through my vision of the bathroom and he offered his advice and suggestions which were very helpful. The quote was very detailed with payment structure and scope of work to every last detail. This was not a simple bathroom reno, they had to break ground, move a vent, add new plumbing and new window brick to brick. The entire job took 3 weeks. Just in time for Christmas, any issue I brought up which all were minor were addressed right away and with absolute professionalism. Rafael and his entire team care a great amount about what they do and you can see it in the quality of work they provide. Another reassuring factor for me choosing Rafael is that all work comes with a two year warranty. At the start Rafael was just a contractor to me and I can honestly say now that the work is completed he is a Friend. I look forward to working with you and your team again in the future. From start to finish I had nothing but a positive experience. From initial contact on homestarts from Marnie (do you sleep?) to Chris coming in to assess the home and our needs and finally the installation guys. The two gentlemen were prompt at 9 am friendly and took care of our home. Like Chris said instillation took 4 hours, they also installed my new thermostat for no extra charge. Upon completing the furnace stopped blowing hot air within about 20 minutes of them leaving, I called chris and the installers were in contact within 30 minutes. The installer tried to trouble shoot over the phone (my suggestion) but no luck. The guys came back at about 8 pm at night. (They were about 2 hours away). When the head installer (Kumar sorry if i spelt wrong) came in and found the issue within seconds. It was a small wiring issue with our old water pump. All in all, prompt service, friendly, reasonable and honest with great follow up. I did my research on a lot of companies and the biggest complaint about this company was warranty because people didnt register online. Registered mine and I feel like I am in good hand for the years to come!

Marshall, ha, this is the best review ever. Thank you so much. And, I guess since I am responding to this, while working on the long weekend at 1:00am, I guess I do not sleep much.
But its worth it.

Thank you for all your words of support and showing others that we are really good at what we do. And yes, you are right, most people do not register online, even with our reminders, and letters, and even after handing people the labels right off the box, people forget. The MFG's are very strict about it, and the homeowner must do it. All we can do is remind and empower, and we do that at every step.

You are in good hands now.
