Rafael and his team from start to finish were nothing but professional, honest and caring. Upon meeting with Rafael I walked him through my vision of the bathroom and he offered his advice and suggestions which were very helpful. The quote was very detailed with payment structure and scope of work to every last detail. This was not a simple bathroom reno, they had to break ground, move a vent, add new plumbing and new window brick to brick. The entire job took 3 weeks. Just in time for Christmas, any issue I brought up which all were minor were addressed right away and with absolute professionalism. Rafael and his entire team care a great amount about what they do and you can see it in the quality of work they provide. Another reassuring factor for me choosing Rafael is that all work comes with a two year warranty.
