My Twilight 8.5 hot tub had a faulty control panel that failed 3x and the last time, the Master Spa in Toronto said we were out of luck because it was out of warranty even though it was actually a faulty part they had to stop using. We complained to the head office in Indiana and they apologized and MORE than made it up by sending a free replacement part by courier and a video of how to easily replace it for free. VERY impressed!!! The hot tub itself is brilliant!!

Howie Bins was wonderful! The communication was A+ We filled an 8 cubic and a 12 cubic bin and it cost us $350 less than we had expected! They were timely and responsive to all requests and accommodations. HIGHLY recommended as they are now my go-to company
