My central A/C conked off on the first day of the heat wave in June. Following up on my previous experience with Fair Deal, I contacted Ash to replace the A/C as soon as possible. He managed to squeeze me in within 3 days. He installed a high quality, high efficiency Carrier central Air Conditioner with a new evaporator coil. The installation crew Raj and Luvi arrived on time. They had to install new brackets and mount for the larger A/C. The did everything professionally and on time. I am super happy with the quality of service. I am now recommending Fair Deal HVAC to all my friends that need furnace or A/C.

My gas furnace conked out just as the weather was getting cold. The quotes that I was getting seemed excessive for lower quality furnaces. Ash at Fair Deal came to the rescue. He provided a high quality product at a reasonable price. He booked me in within a week and his installation crew arrived on time. Raj and Luvi from Fair Deal were skilled professionals with many years of experience. They removed the old furnace and exhaust, and installed brand new furnace, intake and exhaust. All the debris was removed and the area cleaned up. The job was done professionally and on time. I will definitely recommend Fair Deal for all heating and cooling needs.

Mark and his team renovated our basement and converted it from a completely unfinished space to a warm and inviting space. Mark was always approachable, very prompt in responding to texts/emails, kept us in the loop with every aspect of the project... no surprises, pays attention to details and offered suggestions to improve the layout. See before and after pictures (attached). Complete with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, an office, storage, a hangout space and a wet bar area. They were always on time and did a great job with the electricals, plumbing, tiling and painting. It was done professionally and on time.
