With a 10 month new house that was still under Tarion warranty, Alan checked it from top to bottom for defects (He even went on the roof!) He gave me a list for Tarion which included nail pops, missing wood pieces & defective plugs. Alan’s attention-to-detail inspection saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars of repairs that I would have had to pay for myself. I highly recommend Alan Glushko.

Alan is extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with home inspecting. He brings years of experience and is able to explain what he is doing without having it go over your head. Highly recommend!

We only wanted to carpet half of our newly renovated basement but after seeing it next to the older carpet; we decided to carpet the entire basement. Simon was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Simon and Moe did a great job installing it. My kids now refuse to leave the basement because the carpet is so comfortable.
