Every person I had dealings with from the Sales Rep, to the Office Staff, to the Installation Team of two Electricians plus their HVAC Sub-Contractor were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. After the initial Site Survey by Sales Rep Hamid during which every aspect of what size Generator and which accessories and options would best suit my needs was discussed he went home to prepare my proposal. At this point I was already certain that I was going to be doing business with this company and was just awaiting a price quote. Expecting a page or two documenting make, model, options, and price I was blown away to receive in the wee small hours of the next morning a comprehensive 43 page detailed Proposal featuring numerous photos of my very own property ... my Gas Meter, my Hydro Meter, my Breaker Panel and the exact location where my generator was to sit. Cory was punctual, pleasant, and efficient. He obviously knows his job very well, enjoys serving his customers, and respected my property and pets. He was happy to explain what he was doing and answer questions while still finishing he task at hand including paperwork within an hour.
