Our washer wasnt draining and the door was locked so I couldnt get the clothes out. Seeing as the washer was 14 years old I thought I would need a new washer and because it was stacked with the dryer I thought we would need a new dryer. The company responded quickly. The tech arrived on time and quickly solved our problem, always looking for the most economical solution. He also showed us that even if we needed a new washer we would not need a new dryer as long as we stayed with the same manufacturer. He also showed me how to remove the soap dispenser so I could clean it. I cannot say enough how grateful I am. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs. From the knowledge shown I am sure that they could repair any appliance.

I cannot say enough how pleased we were with the service. Removal of the old fence and prepping for the new fence was difficult because of all the roots. They stayed late into the night and were working by lantern as it was dark. Dawson and his team were professional, experienced and polite. They interacted well with the neighbours and were excellent about cleaning all properties. We love the new fence and I would highly recommend Berta Landscaping to anyone needing a new fence.

We were happy not only with the painting but also with the work that they did to repair some damage to the walls and window ledge. They also cleaned up well. I knew we were in good hands starting with our call to the office and the visit by the owner to estimate the job. Everything was handled in a very professional way. We had a leak in the basement from kitchen pipes which another company refused to touch. Caldwell came and replaced piping ensuring that it did not leak before they left. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Justin worked efficiently to complete the job as quickly as possible. It was a big job. We would definitely recommend Caldwell to anyone needing plumbing work.

We needed to have our stairs rebuilt and handrails added for safety reasons. The staff was great about helping us decide on what we wanted. We gave them a sample of our flooring so they could match the finish and it was an exact match. The staff were hard workers and kept everything very clean. Raj would come around to check the work and answer any questions that we had. We will definitely refer them to any friends needing work done. If I was to give 1 small area where they might improve it would be to try to tell us what time they would be there in the morning. The times always varied but the work was done well & efficiently. Thank you for a job very well done.

The first time we hired this company for eaves repair we were very happy. We called to ask if they did waterproofing work as we had a leak in our basement. Corey (general contractor) said yes. He then sub-contracted the work to another company, Nu-Site who did an excellent job. Because of a communication issue, we originally felt that Corey was receiving a huge commission for sub-contracting the job. We have since had this clarified and understand that he actually got the job done faster than we would have because of the backlog of jobs because of our rainy summer. The only recommendation that I would make to Corey is to improve his communication skills.
