We called the gas company because of a concern of a gas/chemical smell. They came and acknowledged the smell and spent an hour testing inside the house, but could not find any leaks at the appliances or near the visible gas lines. The technician spent an additional 45 minutes examining the gas meter outside and then determined that there was a "non-identified gas leak inside the house". He tagged the meter and shut off the gas supply and said that we would have to call the water heater or furnace company. The water heater company came and tested the gas to the meter which was safe. The furnace company was hesitant to come and look for the leak and said that if it was a small one, they might not be able to find it and the next step would be to break down walls, which would have to be done by another contractor. I proceeded to then search for another gas fitter but it was difficult to speak to someone in person. I then called De Marco and Adrian answered immediately. I explained the situation and he was very helpful in providing relevant information. He came to the house that day and was very methodical and safe in his work. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions and concerns. While he was here, he did a thorough check and cleaning of our air conditioning unit. It was very refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service and we highly recommend Adrian for any heating/air conditioning / gas/ mechanical services.

CAPPS cleaned my ducts many years ago and did such a fantastic job. This time, I called to have my dryer vent cleaned again due to the heavy build up of lint and the real risk of fire that has been on the news. I called the office and received a thorough explanation of the procedure. My contact with the office is always pleasant and they are most accommodating in meeting the customer’s needs. I was able to book an appointment within a few days and given a window of 1 hour of when they would arrive. I was even given a call on the day of to let me know that they were running just a little late, and I appreciated this as very rarely do service companies make this courtesy call on just a small amount of delay time (and also an apology on arrival). The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable and professional; always answering all of my questions thoroughly. The entire procedure was carried out very efficiently, with an explanation prior to starting. They were very neat and respectful of our home, and also cleaned everything up after their work was done. CAPPS truly cares about its customers and I highly recommend this company. It is truly refreshing to receive such exemplary customer service!
