UPDATE— I was contacted by a senior sales manager this afternoon (January 14th) who made a genuine effort to make things right. He offered some options and I chose the extended warranty in lieu. Thanks Trail Appliances for good customer service. I purchased a new range on December 19th and it was delivered on December 28th. I did not cook much over the season. Yesterday, I peeled off the blue film and noticed a dent on the top. I contacted the sales representative. She advised me that I was to inspect the range “immediately”. She stated that Whirlpool does not warranty “cosmetic damage” but she would inquire about getting a new housing cover. I asked for the item to be exchanged. Trail Appliance does not take any accountability for dents/damage—they try and pass it off to the manufacturer. Buyers beware!

On Side Restoration was awesome at every stage of restoring my basement back to pre-flood condition. Each crew that came into my home was professional and skilled at their specific trade. Rob, Marla and Edgar oversaw the coordination and completion of the work and were excellent! They worked with my insurance company and reduced my stress back by taking care of each phase. I called Mr Rooter at 8:30 to book an appointment for someone to come out and check the working order of my sump pump. Scott Huber arrived around 10, which was an excellent response time. He thoroughly checked the sump and discharge capability. He also made a couple of worthy recommendations that I will definitely follow up on. Thank you Scott for your expertise and excellent service!

Concept Roofing re-roofed my home in September 2014. “Mark” provided an on-site assessment and written quote for the job at $3200. He left a shiner brochure with a false claim of being a member of the Better Business Bureau and referencing a website that I later found out did not work. On the day of installation and after 1/2 the shingles were scraped off, Mark rang the doorbell and advised that the job will now cost an another $1000 because of an extra layer of shingles they had to remove. He then asked if I wanted them to continue. With 1/2 the shingles removed, there was no choice but to continue. Fast forward to spring of 2018! A leak started to show up in areas where Concept Roofing short-cutted in the number of layers of felt beneath the shingles. They also missed shingling a section of the roof at the back. They offered a five year warranty in the shiny brochure! I called in the Spring, left messages, and all were ignored. To future customers...stay away from this company.
