Myron and his team installed exterior doors at my house The work was done promptly and professionally. The installer took the time to address all my concerns and completed the installation on time. I will definitely use Aztech Doors and Windows again.

This is the second time we're using Aztech windows and we're very happy with the new windows in our extension. We'll be using them again next year to replace some of our old windows. Myron is very responsive, and prices are reasonable.

We used Self Build for a large home addition. We really appreciated that they were extremely responsive to our needs, phone calls and texts. They conducted themselves with a high degree of integrity, and ensured that they didn't leave the project until we were 100% satisfied. We had some minor additional work that needed to be done, outside of the scope of the project (discovery issues), and we were grateful that they didn’t overcharge for this additional work. It was a pleasure working with Feargus and Steve (despite how stressful a large project can be), and we highly recommend this company.

Rock was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely responsive, and put the designs together very quickly. Rock worked to try to stay within our vision and price point for the project as a whole (not just the design part). We had previously had terrible experience with a very pushy designer, and it was a relief to work with someone who understood our vision and (more importantly) our budget. We really appreciated that his prices were reasonable, and that he also honors his price. I am particularly sensitive to (and hate it) when contractors find ways to overcharge (often ridiculous prices) for either minor adjustments, discovery issues, or things that they themselves had missed in the quote or project. It was very nice to see this did not happen with Rock. I highly recommend him.

Avanti honestly did a very good job of our survey (topological) at a very competitive price. Their staff was friendly, courteous and very responsive. The only thing that could have been improved upon is the timing - receiving the survey was slightly delayed by 5 days. For us, this was not a problem since we were doing a survey in January for work to be done in the Spring. If you are not in a super huge rush to get everything done at very specific times, then you really should consider them. Reading the other reviews, it is clear that technically, they are a great choice for your survey, the only issues others seem to have had was slight delays in timing. If you are okay with a 5 day delay, then do not hesitate. You'll be happy not to have paid premium prices for the luxury of getting your survey 5 days sooner.
