Val quizzed us on our requirements and together we determined that none of the stock pieces were suitable. He showed us broadloom samples and offered to custom cut and trim to suit; we took a few samples home, chose our favorite and Val had it tailored in under a week. Jeff was enthusiastic in his work and courteous in manner; he also made additional adustements and lubed the door rollers.
