I hired Serge to complete some electrical work at my home. I was provided a written quote that included supply, material, permits and installation. He asked for large deposits and payments which were provided. Once the work began he sent an invoice for further payment to be paid in full. The amount was different than what was quoted and I questioned the difference He became agitated, asked for full payment and then did not return to do the work. I have paid him for different work that was not completed. I have a wall that remains unfinished and unpainted as he made holes to run a wire that wasn't part of what was discussed. I have wired dangling and lights hanging without installation.

Khalil is one that makes many false promises to secure the job and at the end pretends as if they were never discussed. He was very late commencing the project, without an explanation, without proper communication and his only answer was "it is the nature of the business". However, this delay and poor communication caused us to have to postpone a booked trip. He never ordered the stone which caused further delays because it was the back ordered or out of stock. He doesn't listen to instructions. Didn't properly put in drainage systems in the back yard as I asked and should have been in proper workmanlike order so now I have floods. The interlocking is not flush, level, and they are sinking in. He didn't deal the interlocking as supposed to in good workmanlike order not they are stained and have to be replaced. Also he invoiced with for multiple more than originally quoted without ever any communication about. Please take caution.

I hired Gerry to build and install a shed in my backyard. He never completed the project, he didn't put an adequate number of vents, the inside structure build was poor, he damaged my artificial turf. He promised to return to repair the turf and complete the project, and promised other concessions in lieu of this but this was a ploy just to get paid, as after several weeks advised he was not going to return and backing out of the arrangement and was quite disturbing in his manner.

I hired this company and the owner Khalil to do my Landscaping and interlocking. He was several months late starting the job delaying other trades and his excuse was "it's the nature of the business". He provided the price however at the end of the job he tried to increase the cost of everything claiming he underestimated it i.e.dumping dirt etc but not once during the project was this ever expressed to me until the end. He speaks poorly to the customer and doesn't take instructions well. He missed several key aspects of the project i.e. Sealing the driveway which essentially ruined the new pavers. He also mis calculated the amount pavers required and trying to place the blame on me. He disposed without my consent or took my chain link fence claiming that he gave it to someone that picks up scrap metal however I need this fence for my other property. He damaged my stucco on my house but wanted me to pay him in full and then after the repair was done(before knowing the cost) he would reimburse. The pavers are not level, there was no drainage system installed in the backyard and it floods in heavy rains.

The customer service is poor at best and the product provided was not as described.

Eventually the low quality dvr system stopped working. It was impossible to try and have them replace it. They eventually did after numerous phone calls, email and Stan being very aggressive on the phone. I was never explained how to connect to cameras remotely. I have been trying to get an answer with no response. When I finally did get a response, it was from Stan whom said I was out of warranty a year ago. I responded indicating based on my contract I have 1 year left on my warranty. They he responded well the online connection warranty is only valid for 60 days. Contradicting statements. I just want to know how to connect. I would advise against using this company based on my experience.

We were very impressed with the work that EGC did on our house. They were very reasonably priced, extremely personable and the work was well done. EGC and his team made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. Tom even came the last day to make sure that every last detail was perfect. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.
