I hired Gerry to build and install a shed in my backyard. He never completed the project, he didn't put an adequate number of vents, the inside structure build was poor, he damaged my artificial turf. He promised to return to repair the turf and complete the project, and promised other concessions in lieu of this but this was a ploy just to get paid, as after several weeks advised he was not going to return and backing out of the arrangement and was quite disturbing in his manner.

pictures are worth 1000 words ( I have about 5 pictures of shed upon completion and a couple you sent me during your paint job, I am quite proud of my work!) they show a complete finished unique custom shed on your property, they show No damage to turf, both you and your extremely nice father-in-law inspected for 20 minutes and you (p.eng) were quite happy with the shed when I left.
I find it difficult to believe 2 days after I finished , while you are painting no less, you find a drop of caulking on your turf and you say it's my fault?

I find it incredulous to suggest the structure is "poor"
I have a a Certificate of Qualification as a carpenter.
In over 30 years of Carpentry experience I have come to know that I do exceptional work, especially when compared to others.
Somehow you determined that the shed is structurally poor only after I told you "I can't come back to install your aftermarket prehung door in exchange for the supplied door".
As far as the vents go I did offer to supply you with a second vent but I can't repeat what you told me to do with it, also I always include at least 1 vent in the price, which is more than most.
I just can't understand the falsehoods you are portraying.
