Late Wednesday night there was a very heavy rainfall. The loud thumping of water drops on the attic trapdoor was upsetting. Yesterday (Thursday) I reached out to MCBM, which I found on HomeStars, and explained that I needed help urgently. This morning (Friday) Marcelo came by and showed him where the leak was. He explained that this is a common problem with roofs that are as old as mine and explained what he was going to do in terms of fixing it. Marcelo got right to work and in less than an hour, he was done. I am very happy with the service received, and I can't say enough about Marcelo who was very pleasant and informative.

My experience with Total Home Windows and Doors was amazing, from the initial on-site estimate all the way through to the installation. Shortly after I initially contacted Total Home, I received a very informative email from Vitaly which provided me with a rough sight-unseen estimate and a list of 4 installations close to me. Vitaly came on-sight to perform a more detailed estimate, and he provided so much detail that I immediately felt confidence in what he was telling me. He then invited me to visit the showroom / factory, which I did, and it was amazing to see how the windows are actually made. On installation day, Andrii and his team were top-notch. They arrived within the time block as promised, they were all very courteous and professional. They removed 6 original windows and installed the new ones in around 3 hours. All debris was removed when the job was done. I highly recommend Total Home Windows and Doors.

Logik Roofing and Insulation was great to deal with. From the initial communication, to when Mason came to provide the estimate, and especially thanks to Mark, Corey, and Gus, who did the work, everything went off without a hiccup. Everyone was pleasant and professional. There was very effective communication from the administration staff, the estimator and the crew. I highly recommend this company! I used the Request A Service feature of HomeStars and this is how I found J and J Moving Services, or more realistically they found me, and I am glad they did. John and his crew gave me exactly what I asked for, which was three experienced movers that hustle and a flat hourly rate. Everything went extremely well and even though there was one piece that was slightly damaged, I was informed about it right away by John. I appreciated his upfront accountability, and fortunately it was not a big deal (the cardboard backing of a book case). I will definitely call upon J and J again.
