Like any other company (yeah all of them) you get a quote for hours/men but you'll pay more at the end because of extra fees or an extra hour. Despite that, J&J is still one of the best choices considering price and quality, not to mention the friendly staff.
Unfortunately one of the fragile boxes with our childhood stuff, traveling memories etc fell (I guess, since a lot of stuff inside was broken) and still more unfortunately, their insurance won't cover it. Insurance doesn't cover whatever they didn't pack. So insurance = paying even more to have all packed.
Sad but it seems all companies work the same way.
They answered me after a few weeks of waiting and we agreed on a solution but it's a shame jewelry cases, porcelain from Turkey, candles from our summer in Florida, sculptures from London, or family portraits from our hometown, things impossible to be replaced are now trash.
