Great company. Top notch work. I recently had Logik upgrade attic insulation and new insulation for the entire basement. The Logik team was on time, wore masks, friendly, courteous, careful to protect floors and windows They are very efficient and organized. Vacuumed up before leaving. I highly recommend their services. As much as 30% spent on heating and cooling is lost through inadequate insulation levels. I will now be saving on heating and cooling costs every year.

We needed a new roof after only 12 years so we asked for quotes from a few recommended roofers. Done Right responded promptly with a careful assessment of our roof and ventilation requirements. Done Right quoted the best price for the same quality shingles and installation as the other roofers. Ryan, the sales rep, was friendly, patient, and made helpful recommendations. We got the quality roof shingles we wanted with drip edge and upgraded ventilation for a very reasonable price, beating out all other quotes. The crew did an excellent job as we observed their work. They did not try to rush the job and did not make any mess. They protected the area around the house with drop sheets. They were careful to quickly replace our internet antenna where it belonged, clean up the roof and the grounds surrounding the house. We also accommodated the roofers with spring water, coffee, and snacks to keep them hydrated as roofing is hard work even on a cool day. We are happy with our beautiful new roof, the great service, warranty, and price that we got. We highly recommend Done Right for really living up to their name! Our neighbors just had their new roof done this week, with more to come.

Called Greg for a quote. He responded very quickly with a very competitive price for a premium quality top brand name door. Greg is very knowledgeable and personable. He takes time to explain options and answer all your questions. Best of all, he does not try to upsell you on things you do not need to inflate the price. He helped us decide on the best door, colour, and style for our home. Greg has over 25 years experience and he did not rush our installation. He installed our garage door, new rails, springs, and weatherproofing. Our new garage door is beautiful, fully weatherproof against wind and cold, and makes our home look better than when it was new. We are glad we chose Brock to install triple glazed North Star windows brick to brick. They were installed professionally with proper insulation and nice wood trim. The quality of the windows and all materials is excellent, better than others that we were quoted, at the same price. Our home was warmer and quieter this past winter and spring. We are impressed with the friendly customer service and the guarantee. We had a few minor window issues and they sent installers back to our home to correct them. Brock made sure that we were completely satisfied. They told us to call if we have any problem and they really do stand behind their guarantee.

Numerous problems with the new home. Water leak in upstairs bathroom. Floor joists not nailed down in master bedroom. Sloppy parging and cement work. Wrong kitchen cabinet colour. Rotting front balcony posts. Poor insulation and cheap windows. The long list goes on and on. This builder took two years to correct most but not all of our problems after we moved in. 30 day list took a full year to complete after repeated calls to them. Customer service is the worst we have ever encountered and still is today. Just try to get a response. They don't answer or don't call you back. This is our fourth new home and we have dealt with other builders before. However, this one does not supervise its trades and lets many problems slip through. Our Coscorp neighbors also report water leaks, squeaking floors and stairs, missing insulation, poor workmanship,and many problems that are never fixed. The builder hopes that you will give up and pay someone else to fix the problems. Builder does not like to do upgrades and overcharges for them. Avoid this builder. Some home designs look good but not worth it. Save yourself a lot of time and stress over two or three years.
