Before buying our new house, we needed to buy a fridge, along with our other appliances. I checked Sears, Best Buy, and Future Shop until a buddy told me about Universal Appliances. We checked it out and the workers were so helpful and answered so many questions we had the other places couldn't. We did not feel any pressure to buy and they were very professional with us. The delivery and set up of our fridge was on time and they did a good job of not scratching the walls. They rock and I tell everyone about their store!

I would always hear a clicking noise when I turned on my heater and hot water and called them to make sure it wasn't anything serious. The repairman showed up on time and asked me to not use the water while he was working. I acknowledged him and continued to play my video game. The game I was playing had me on a ship and the repairman heard it from my basement as I was working and yelled to PLEASE NOT USE THE WATER!! I told him it was from a video game and I wasn't using the water. He then said he would need someone to come back because a piece was broken and needed to have it ordered and installed. He never explained what the part did or give me any information other than that. He didn't even apologize for yelling from downstairs. The next repairman was a lot better though. He somewhat explained the issue and replaced the broken part. The clicking stopped, but I am a bit cautious to call them for any of my other HVAC needs if I had any.

I walked into my basement and noticed the carpet was wet near the window. I was not sure why and thought I might have had a leak. I called Plumbing 4 Less to see if they could help me. Their operator was so friendly and did a great job in assisting me. She did a good job in asking questions to help the plumber better assist me. They made me an appointment for that afternoon. The plumber was 5 minutes early and went over the answers I gave the operator. Within minutes, he found that my hose water line burst and caused the leak. He replaced the pipe, went over what I should do before winter time to prevent this from happening, and was out of the door in 30 minutes. I thought they were all great and recommend them to everyone.

Other than having the most friendly staff when I decided to buy my home, their entire crew has been more than helpful in making my house my dream home. There were several issues I found when I moved into my new house. I found two of the doors would not close all the way and a loose door knob. I notified them right away and they were there to fix these issues and double check everything the very next day. They kept me well informed and everything was to my liking and repaired as soon as I got home from work. I recommend them to everyone so much that a majority of my friends have bought houses and agree with their awesome customer service.
