We had a wonderful experience with Alec and his crew. We’re about a year late with our review, but he quoted us in the spring of 2019, told us we were about six weeks out from getting the deck done (which I was skeptical of since we’ve had some pretty bad experiences with contractors) but they were right on schedule :). And the deck is wonderful, he even built us a great privacy screen at the last minute. I would recommend Master Deck to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Thanks to Alec and his team of pros.

We bought tiles for a complete gut and reno of a house so needed tiles for kitchen, laundry, foyer and four bathrooms. Always got great advice (and prices) and fast turnaround. Definitely our go-to place for tiles now and in the future.

Called this company on short notice to see if they could perform a routine furnace servicing before we sold our house; they were able to come quickly. Very satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable service and will continue to use this company in our new residence.

They're OK, but I won't use them again. They used the 'negative billing' type renewal this spring ... i.e : I used them last year but didn't sign up again and then got an automated call that they were coming for the first visit one day this spring. I HATE that, but decided to give them another try anyway. It's now almost the end of the season and they've only come three times -- I don't think that is adequate for the amount of money I paid. **** 2012 update: I'm going to try them again. As much as I don't like the auto-renewal and the fact that I don't think I got as many visits as I should have last year, the communication from Kyle has been impressive to make things right. So we'll try again and hopefully can change the rating. ****

Hi Nancy, My name is Kyle Tobin and I am the owner of LawnSavers. I came out to your lawn immediately last year to investigate if their were any problems. The only issues were in relation to the large tree and exposure from the park across the street and being a corner lot, that increase weed pressures. I performed an additional fertilizer & weed treatment on the 26th of September. I followed up again on the 31st of October and confirmed the lawn was doing well and in a healthy condition. Love the service at this small, service-oriented company. They know their stuff and it feels good to give business to another 'mom & pop' type of store. We had a million questions and although they were short of staff that day because several of them were at their booth at the home show, they were still helpful. Good prices and good service.
