Jay is awesome. His work is meticulous and he leaves the job site spotless. This was a small job, but he treated it with the same care and effort as if it was a larger reno. I felt totally comfortable having him working in my home, both when I was home and when I was out. He finished the job on time and on budget. I will definitely hire him again for future projects and will be recommending him to others. A+++!!

I hired AC electrical when I bought my first house a few years back. The whole house needed to be checked over and any knob and tube removed, in order for me to maintain the home insurance policy I had for it. They were able to fit me into their schedule right away and the work was completely satisfactory. I also hired them for a subsquent small job (installing some ceiling fans). And I've already recommended them to a friend. Prices are fair and the work is good.

I had had a good experience with Priority in the past, so when our main water line broke we called them up. They did a great complaints there. But they convinced us to sign up for their monthly protection program. Then they harassed my husband with incessant phone calls at work (where he can't answer his phone). We have asked them to remove us from their program, but we are still being charged $8 a month. In short, their work is good - hire them for a single job, but stay away from the ongoing service program...

Dear K I am sorry that you felt pressured to sign up for our monthly service plan that allows you benefits such as no additional charge for emergency service, front of the line booking, and on going safety inspections to ensure your home is in safe operating condition.

Regarding the insistent calls, we do call our customers when it is time for their Safety Inspections to set up an appointment. I am sorry that he felt the amount of times he was called was over the top however this is the first I am hearing of this. Had your husband simply called us (we have after hours service and voicemail) or sent us an e-mail indicating that he was not interested we would have stopped.

Please call, or e-mail with your name, phone number, and address, and we will remove you from all of our contact lists, as well as stop any monthly charges to your credit card.

If we have over charged your credit card in any way please let us know the date that you cancelled you Service Partner Plan and we will gladly refund the money.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and hope our actions help to rebuild any relationship that may have been tarnished.
