We shopped around for this very important purchase and after meeting with a number of sales reps, Joe stood out at being the most knowledgeable by far. He offered the most options in terms of style of doors, available glass for the doors, locksets, sidelights and also assisted with choosing a style that most complimented our home. The doors are all built from scratch and the glass is ordered in and therefore it does take some time for completion and installation (we purchased in October and did not have it installed until the end of January), but they are well worth the wait! We also had an issue with caulking falling from around the outside of the door onto our stoop the night after installation, but Tony and Joe addressed this issue promptly and we have had no further issues. We receive compliments on the new door all the time, and the light that it lets into our home is incredible. We are very pleased.

We had twelve windows replaced in our home, and blew the dining room window out to make it much larger. We are very pleased with the results. Rob was a great salesman, very accommodating. Scott, the installer, was top notch and a super nice guy. We went with folding casement windows in less conspicuous areas (back of the house, basement, washrooms) and awning windows with grid detailing for the front windows. We had considered purchasing a new front door through Consumers as well but found their choices and their experience in dealing with newer fibreglass doors limited. We ultimately went with another company for the front door but were extremely pleased with the windows themselves and especially the installation. Highly recommend this company. Ask for Scott to install them!!!

With so many choices in hardwood and hardwood suppliers/installers, we found it difficult to decide which one to go with. We had a number of companies come in to quote and lucky for us we picked a winner! Lehel and his wife are so easy going and yet know their stuff inside and out. We had an extensive project (hardwood replaced in living and dining rooms, stairs, upper hallway and all four upper bedrooms, along with securing the subfloor to remove squeaks and new baseboards throughout). The project was completed on time and as per quote. The results are fantastic and we couldn't be happier. We have no reservations in recommending this company.

We moved into our home and gutted the 1980s kitchen. With our brand new look we needed sleek new appliances. Karl & Son was awesome! With "scratch and dent" appliances for sale, we were able to outfit our kitchen with a beautiful french door bottom freezer stainless steel fridge, a matching stainless 5 burner gas stove with warming drawer, a matching stainless over the range microwave, and a matching stainless dishwasher. We even purchased a chest freezer for our basement. All for the cost quoted above! Unbelievable! The so-called scratches and dents are so minor they are barely worth mentioning!! I highly recommend these guys. Great service, great product!

We wanted to update our home and I have always loved the look of shutters. We saw Pro-Tech on Home Stars and decided to give it a try. Flavio was wonderful!
