Gary is honest, knowledge and reliable. I first contacted Gary to install some light fixtures, a new front door handle, replace a patio door lock and install a new sink faucet at my home. He is very good with communication and we were able to discuss all my needs ahead of time through email. There are no surprises with Gary. He sets the expectations upfront and is not afraid to ask if he has questions or needs clarification. I left Gary in my home unsupervised, I popped in several times and each time he was hard at work. He showed up early and had all the necessary tools and ladder to complete my jobs. He also gave me other contacts for additional work that I needed. The tech was very knowledgeable, thorough and took his time. He double checked everything after hook-up and tested the appliances to ensure everything was working correctly before he left. The price I paid was the same as what he quoted me over the phone. I will use this company for all my homes in the future.
