I was very pleased with Steven from AC Electrical. He was knowledgeable, explained the issue clearly, and did the work in very good time. He was friendly and pleasant. However, I thought the bill was a bit expensive just to open the breaker box, and open 2 electrical outlets.
In these times of Covid-19, I was told by the company that all electricians were using masks: Steven did not wear one, and did not ask if he should wear one in the house. I did not offer him one either (my bad)--I wore mine. I hope more safety will be taken by him and his co-workers while we are still under the consequences of this pandemic.

By Steven not wearing his mask during the visit, he potentially put himself at risk and you as well. However, we appreciate your diligence in wearing your PPE and bringing this to our attention.AC Electrical, has made safety a top priority during this pandemic, and after reading your review we have had a discussion with our employees and have done repeated training regarding Safety during the Covid crisis with Steven. He has since assured our team that he will not forget to wear his PPE when needed.
