We would like to take a moment and Thank you wholeheartedly for completing successfully the installation of a new 200 amp electric panel in our home. First and foremost, you were there for us since the first day we called the office to book an on site inspection, estimation, consultation, with regards an issue with no power from the panel to AC.You have exhibited high knowledge of the electrical issues and products and used your insights /recommendations to proactively respond and meet our long term needs. You have been working tireless to constantly answer every question, concern we had regarding the issue (including all details, features, parts and installation procedures). Also Upon completion of the job,Mike inspected the whole work , making sure that everything was done as per the original proposal. Since the commencement of the project till its completion, Mike has exhibited high level of professionalism, working in a very timely and efficient manner. His first priority was the neatness and cleanness of the work area together with the disposal of the rubbish.It is amazing the fact that, after leaving the site everything was so neat and clean! Mike possesses a sophisticated knowledge of electrical installation techniques and is very precise and professional by completing the project as per the original proposal. We have been receiving a lot of compliments on our new electrical panel and well done job by neighbors who just came over to take a look moments after Mike’s completion of the job. Also, special Thanks to the AC Electrical Owner Helen and Finance dept Manager Melissa for their great work regarding the paper work including : booking the appointment(s) with the Toronto Hydro and Mike , installation procedures, payments and certificate of job completion.
