I found AC Electrical Contractors Ltd online in 2010 when I was looking for an electrician. I wanted someone to run a new power source to an automatic door. I was really impressed with the office staff and the service man. They did a good job, were professional, arrived when they said they were going to and charged a fair price for their work. So, today, when I had an electrical problem, I called and left a message on their after-hours voicemail. They called me back within a couple of hours. I explained that lost power when I plugged in the kettle and toaster at the same time. The breaker switch would not stay on and I did not have power. The staff on the phone did some problem solving with me and I was able to restore my power. I did not need a service call after all. (This was a savings to me and not revenue for the company. However, it is good business and generates good will)
