I imagine like many other people, my air conditioner gave up on a typically hot summer day, and, being 19 years old, I realized it had come to the end of its life cycle. All it took was one phone call for someone to come to my house and explain my options. Amazingly, someone from Reliance Home Comfort came the very next day--superb!! After a straight-forward presentation, I made my decision and the very next day, some technicians arrived to replace the old equipment. I can appreciate that any A/C failure in the summer is an emergency but the speed and efficiency with which my situation was fixed was phenomenal. The service advisor who first visited me was very kind and forthcoming, and compassionate as I had recently suffered a stroke and was currently on medical leave to recover at home. Thank you very much to everyone involved--your service level is exceptional.
