Water was coming from furnace. Called Reliance and Brandon came out. Opened up furnace and diagnosed problem. Pan had melted. Very professional and courteous
And adhered to COVID protocols. No charge. Just waiting on part. Will be asking for Brandon to service my HVAC unit in near future
