Repair team no-showed two times in a row with no calls
I called to book a repair consult for my AC unit. Initially I was impressed as Reliance said they could send someone the same day. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I called in the next day and the booking agent apologized, said there was no notes in the system as to why a tech did not show and they rebooked again. Again a no show with no call!!
I called in again and was told the repair person tried to find parking but couldn't so they left. I live on a residential side street and there is a fire hydrant directly infront of my house and I have a parking pad that was empty. The agent tried to rebook me for 3 days later and I declined. For a company this size I would expect a much better system and set of processes in place for communicating with customers.
