This is the 2nd time that a technician was sent for the same issue within 4 months. The first was time, which was Christmas, the tech was basically in and out. All he did was push the reset button. Today was an entirely different experience. So happy with this service call. Technician was friendly and checked everything out, replaced some sensors and advised he would be making detailed notes on the file (there were none from previous service call). Would love to have this kind of service experience every time it’s needed. 5 stars for tech 112349.
