I booked a Pre-winter furnace inspection with Reliance and the service was exactly what I expected. Mike, the technician, called the day of the scheduled appointment to keep me posted on his ETA. Mike was professional and personable and explained what would be covered during his visit. Mike was able to answer all my questions and went out of his way to provide me with information regarding my furnace.
The work was completed quickly and I would recommend Reliance to others.
