We had Mike from Reliance visit us today to inspect our furnace. He was friendly, efficient, and did a great Job. Mike inspected the furnace, wrote down the filter number for us for the furnace and the humidifier. He also gave us a recommendation for a person who could inspect our two gas fireplaces, and our gas stove.
Mike is a first class employee that you have who was extremely obliging to anything we asked him even though it was not to do with furnaces.
