We returned home on Friday to find our air conditioner not working. Our house was extremely hot. I called reliance ( I have a protection plan) and when I finally got through they advised they could attend on Monday?
I asked for q sooner appointment but was told Monday was the best they could do.
I was forced to called another company who came to my house
within 2 hours and fixed the problem in a jiffy.
For such a big company Reliance should have more staff working both in the office and on the road, especially during a heat wave.
When I tried to cancel the appointment I had to wait 1/2 hour on the phone to get through.
Very poor customer service.
