We have been leasing a furnace and air conditioner from Reliance for 10 years. The technician who came in to do a regular service call mentioned that we might want to look into getting a new unit. It seems the costs have decreased and with ours getting older it would be preferable to move into a new unit. Moreover he mentioned several rebate options that might be available. To make a long story short within four days we had a new unit installed, we are paying less money per month for the same quality of unit and we are expecting rebates worth $3000 between those offered by the company and the government. On top of that the process from the discussion with technician through the meeting with the representative and the professional work done by the installers was all efficient and first rate. I highly recommend their services.
