Heating & Air Conditioning review in
Markham
After 2 months of purchasing the furnace, I did not receive my expected rebate yet. I tried to follow up with my sales rep to determine its status. No response. Very disappointed with the customer service so far.
I sincerely hope this is not an indication of what I have to go through for the next several years given the lease agreement in place.
