Reliance Home Comfort

I had an issue with my existing rental hot water tank from Reliance Home Comfort. The timing worked out well because I was in the market to upgrade the hot water tank and furnace at the same time anyway.

I gave Reliance a call and had one of their sales associates on site within days. Lina Alviar was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to perform a thorough assessment of our current HVAC and hot water needs, discussed the various options, incentives, and benefits and genuinely worked hard to find the best fit/solution for my family's needs. At no point did I ever feel pressured into a making a decision.

I worked with Lina and agreed to a new tankless water heater and furnace service from Reliance. Lina again pulled all strings to help expedite the installation date as my family with little kids was without hot water. The installers were prompt, friendly, on time, clean, and took the time to educate me on the new systems being installed. Lina checked in on the day of the installation to ensure we were being taken care of and has followed up several days post installation which was also a nice gesture.

All in all, a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reliance to others.
