Water Tank Replacement After Flood
Having a flood and cleaning up is stressful. I was so happy to see Paul F. (RCH 0498) from Reliance Home Comfort. I was given an appointment time of 1pm-5pm and you know that usually means 5pm. Paul arrived at 11am…I was so surprised when I opened my door. He was so helpful and informative. Such a pleasure to deal with.
I'm annoyed with Reliance Home Comfort. I rent my water heater and apparently this one was 19 years old. At no point did anyone suggest replacing it due to age…I wonder how energy efficient it was. When I spoke with the company I was told I had to "buyout" my water heater. I wouldn't think a 19 year old water heater would have any value left on it but apparently it does. I'm hoping insurance payouts out for the flood!
