Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Started the day with no heat at 3am. With a 4 mth old that is big trouble on a cold night. Called Reliance and they had a technician come over by 7am (thank goodness!). Chris B (#907) was very nice and helpful as he fixed our 25yr+ old furnace with no judgement. He did chat to us about the eventual need for a new furnace but did not make us feel pressured to act right away. We truly felt like we were taken care of by a company/employee who cares and respects their/his customers. This is not the first time you have impressed us and for that, we will definitely keep you in mind when the time comes for a new furnace. Thanks again, Lynn
