Joe Green of Reliance Comfort came to service my hot water heater.

I have been having trouble with my water heater since day one when i moved into this house two years ago. The "pressure switch failure" signal was often the error message for the water heater. This error caused the water heater to shut off and I was left with no hot water. I had made calls previously with regards to this problem, but the tech that came just replaced the switch and said it was fixed. The problem continued on.

This time was different, Joe Green of Reliance came and noticed the problem as soon as he went to the basement. Joe gave me very useful advice on how to solve this problem once and for all. He also answered all the questions I had. Although, Joe didn't have the parts to fix my water heater at that moment, but he promised and came back within his estimated time frame with the part to fix my water heater tank.
