Derek Phung was amazing! I was very happy with the check up. I felt the Derek was thorough and truthful. You could see he took pride in his work!
Derek was punctual, thoroughly outlined the possible problems, gave me his plan of attack, then came back and finished the job. Thorough, honest, focused, pleasant to deal with. I trust him....and that cannot be said about many service people. Very respectful and polite. I will be asking for him again.
