Reliance please EXPLAIN, this tactic...I am beyond angry at how you present as a nice guy when in reality you're hurting people.....................if you wanted to bill me 18, 000 day one maybe you should have done it legitimately but you're getting away with these crusades and the Canadian Government has done ZERO.
