Becare of the personal information leaking !!!!
Horrible customer service, Trsanfered me through four departments and had me wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes without solving my problem. For each transfer, I have to explain my question and request all over again. Eventually, I asked to speak to the supervisor, or anyone in charge that could make a decision and help me solve my problem.
I received the bill under a total stranger's name, I have no idea how his bill is addressed with my location. When I called regarding this issue and had the account canceled, they said they would transfer this account under my name. Which is ridiculous, I am not the person who set up the account! I don't understand how they can just use my address without my consent. My personal information is leaked. I don't know if this is just an accident or if they have serious security breaches within their company. How can they approve other people's requests to set up an account without verifying it? I hope they can take the customer's information more seriously, especially with all identity theft cases increasing in the GOT area.
