Called, emailed for months and never returned a call
I have spent 5 months calling, emailing and asking questions since their rebate program where I asked if the product they said they installed was in fact the product I received because I was told by the energy auditor it wasnt the product I was told I was getting. I keep asking the same questions and they dont want to respond at all. Completely unprofessional.
Im embarrassed that I bought a product from reliance at this point. I feel like I was told a story that was suspicious and they just waited me out. Over and over Ive been told theyll contact me in 3-5 business days and its guaranteed and they just havent done that. All I am doing is asking questions about what I was told I was getting and what was installed and they wont answer that simple question. Almost six months now and its clear if I want an answer, I need to file in small claims.
