I was shopping around and had 3 estimates. Ultima Home Improvements was in the middle in terms of price. Not Cheapest, Not the most expensive. The only thing that was stopping me was the financing, I hadnt thought about the method of payment. Not that I cannot afford it because I can, but not too many people just have $25,000 just sitting in the bank account. Turns out, they offer to convert the job into a Home Depot Install.. they are the Home Depot contractor. Which was great, 12 months no interest to pay for it. The end result was a beautiful job, all vinyl brickmould finishing and beautiful Dorplex doors. Dealing with large companies like this is a breath of fresh air.

In recent events another one of your neighbours had pointed out your home to our sales representative saying: " I want my home to look exactly like that one (yours)." So the sales rep took some pictures and brought them into the office. As it turns out when we looked at the pictures, it was YOUR HOME in the pictures! What a nice coincidence!
