I was doing a full reno. I wanted someone that could handle everything but didnt want to go looking for a GC. I heard the radio ad, called them, and booked a sales appointment. I remembered as a kid riding on Mr Kent's double decker buses in Port Credit at the festival and decided to hire the company based mostly on how long they have been in business. The project had a couple hiccups, but nothing serious, there was alot of work to do. Thankfully everything was completed to our complete satisfaction. My wife and I tried pretty hard to find some sort of imperfection in their work and the products and are please to write on this review that everything was finished to perfection. Great job guys!

I was shopping around and had 3 estimates. Ultima Home Improvements was in the middle in terms of price. Not Cheapest, Not the most expensive. The only thing that was stopping me was the financing, I hadnt thought about the method of payment. Not that I cannot afford it because I can, but not too many people just have $25,000 just sitting in the bank account. Turns out, they offer to convert the job into a Home Depot Install.. they are the Home Depot contractor. Which was great, 12 months no interest to pay for it. The end result was a beautiful job, all vinyl brickmould finishing and beautiful Dorplex doors. Dealing with large companies like this is a breath of fresh air.

Mr Saddiqui, thank you very much for taking the time in not only writing your great review, but also your research in finding our Homestars listing in the first place. This is so encouraging. In recent events another one of your neighbours had pointed out your home to our sales representative saying: " I want my home to look exactly like that one (yours)." So the sales rep took some pictures and brought them into the office. As it turns out when we looked at the pictures, it was YOUR HOME in the pictures! What a nice coincidence! We we're thrilled to let them know that this job was ours (as you gave us permission to do so - thank you) and your neighbour made a statement that we could not have made better ourselves: "The fine workmanship certainly is not coincidental". Thank you Mr Saddiqui, and if there ever is anything that you need, please do not hesitate in contacting us. -Andrew Spurvey
