After buying a new home, some roof repairs were necessary. Found out Right Way had done the most recent job for the previous homeowner. Called them, they came out immediately, and repaired the roof free of charge! My family is extremely happy!!

Right Way took our deposit to do a job (replace eaves), and we haven't seen them since. When reached on the phone - and they never return messages - they say they will be there tomorrow or the day after, and never show up. This has been going on for more than two months. I have asked for the deposit back, but it is the same thing - they never show up. They seem reliable, hard working and dependable when you meet them, but obviously they are not.
